The Healthy Pets Club Members update – COVID and Reminders

We would like to thank our Healthy Pets Club members (HPC) for working with us through the year. We appreciate you understanding of our new protocols and look to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to provide the Healthy Pets Club.
Since COVID started we have sourced and stocked enough preventatives and used many new social distancing protocols to get them to you. Everything is now taking longer to do. Because of this we have employed 3 additional members of staff and we have prioritised our registered clients over new clients looking to move to us. To aid social distancing we have also accelerated certain aspects of expanding our floor space and consulting rooms.
During this we have also encountered an IT challenge that has resulted in text and e-mail reminders for flea and worm treatments failing, we apologise for this and are working to resolve it.
We critically do want every patient on the Healthy pets Club to receive all that they require. We’ve included links for the Cat and Dog protocols to this post. Everyone will have received these upon joining the HPC.
If you are not certain, please check the protocols and make sure your pet is receiving everything they are due. If your pet needs anything get in touch and we will provide it. If you are shielding let us know and we will assist.
