We are looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.

You will be a friendly and approachable individual with a genuine passion for animal care. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience, both in person and over the phone.

Exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and a professional manner are essential, as you will be supporting clients, answering queries, and providing a high standard of care and service at every interaction.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the reception and waiting areas are welcoming, organised, and running smoothly, as well as participating in the shared cleaning rota. You will manage appointment bookings, process payments, and provide administrative support.

Strong computer skills, good organisation, and attention to detail are essential.

This is a busy and varied role that can be challenging at times, but it is also incredibly rewarding and offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our clients and their pets.
