Apex Vets are very good. All members of staff from vets to receptionists are very professional and friendly. I find the treatment of my pets to be very thorough while being compassionate and caring and the premises are always spotless. There are also separate areas for cats and also a quiet room if you wish your pet to be away from the main waiting room.

Doug was incredibly thorough with his examination and took the time to explain exactly what he was checking for and what his findings meant throughout the appointment. As a worried pet owner, it was so reassuring to be talked through everything step by step rather than being left wondering. Binx was kept in for X-rays and pain relief, and I was kept fully updated throughout the day with clear communication at every stage. The whole team made a really stressful situation much easier and I felt completely informed and reassured the entire time.
