Our team are passionate about helping pets, but also making sure you feel valued as an individual. We promote a healthy work-life balance, creating a work rota that allows you plenty of time away from the surgery.
Education
Our close-knit team is headed up by our veterinary surgeon co-owners, Doug & Glenn. We always try to work collaboratively on patient cases, providing many years of veterinary experience to treat pets who need our help. Apex Vets provides a generous CPD allowance and being an independent practice allows you time to learn from colleagues and further your own veterinary skills.
Our facilities
At Apex Vets, you will be working in a modern practice with the best facilities to provide quality veterinary care. We have multiple consulting rooms, two operating theatres, prep’ area, separate dog, cat and exotic recovery wards, digital x-ray and ultrasound, plus dental equipment and much more. You would have to have a look around to see that the facilities are above what you would expect of a GP practice in Central Scotland.

Our local area – Denny, Falkirk
Denny is a small town based only 6 miles from the larger town of Falkirk. Here you will find plenty of shopping, pubs, and a variety of restaurants. We regularly see patients who have travelled to us from the surrounding picturesque towns and villages of Cumbernauld, Camelon, Falkirk, Bannockburn, Bonnybridge, Larbert, Stenhousemuir, Carron, New Carron, Carron Shore, Grangemouth, Stoneywood, Torwood, and Glenbervie. These areas all have their own strong sense of community, with events running throughout the year for both locals and tourists.
Along with plenty of walking and cycling routes, our part of the world is full of heritage, all whilst being served with convenient motorway links that run to both Edinburgh and Glasgow.
